Application. All asset data is in one place, which resolves the difficulty of keeping
segmented data in different computers, locations and formats. The central location
allows you to keep track of asset information and maintenance history, and easily
access asset, valve and other assets’ historical reports, who worked on them and
when, and other information.
Standardized Report Formats
You can customize report templates to contain information tailored to your asset
operation needs. Contractors can complete pre-formatted reports and then submit
them. Once they are approved by a supervisor, they will be automatically saved on
the system.
Accurate Reports
Duplication of reports and data is reduced through single point entry on a central
database which also reduces the chances of human error. Only the latest versions
of reports are on the system.
