Are Your Business Operations Procedures Inefficient?
Company-wide and Personalized Calendars
You can simply post requests on the system instead of having to make phone calls
or keep track of multiple emails and responses. Engineers, technicians, contractors
and vendors can view requests from their personalized calendars and schedule services
within myDataIQ. All the services requests, scheduling, and task statuses are centralized
and can be easily accessed based on different security roles. Requesting services
and scheduling a task is now "just a click" away.
Routine and Compliance Maintenance Milestones
You can plan asset maintenance tasks ahead of time based on upcoming regulatory
audit requirements and regular operation maintenance. An operator qualification
program is set up in the system and simplifies the process of scheduling qualified
technicians to perform tasks. You will have access to up to date compliance milestones
and Operator Qualification expiration dates to avoid future unpleasant surprises
during audits.
Real Time Task Status Oversight
myDataIQ’s centralized calendar makes it easier for you to monitor and identify
what tasks or service requests are almost due or have not been completed, and divergence
from the schedule. Now you can more easily review service request and task statuses
to make sure they are completed on time. As information on uncompleted tasks is
available in one place – and you see uncompleted tasks on the dashboard immediately
upon login – they become easier to follow-up on.
Simplified Scheduling Process
Step 1: Engineer/Technician/Contractor use the preformatted report
template, input and save required information. After all work is performed and completed,
submit report and wait for approval.
Step 2: Manager/Supervisor receive e-mail notifications of the
new reports, review the reports online and either approve, deny, or request additional
information.
Once the report is approved, it will be saved with the historical reports and available
for retrieval at any time. The report will be automatically backed up in the centralized
database.
